DeNeen and the team are dedicated to serving their clients and ensuring that they are taken care of. I had to move my busy work schedule around to get a windshield replaced. A week later the appointment time arrived and when I called the glass company had inadvertently canceled my appointment and could not accommodate me. Due to my schedule, my next open appointment time was close to two weeks out. When I called State Farm to see what my options were, DeNeen gave me my options but told me to wait because she wanted to call their rep for the glass replacement company. A few moments later DeNeen called me back and told me she was working on it and believed she found the windshield and a solution. Within moments after that, the class company that misplaced my reservation called me, informing me that they had the windshield and could install it that afternoon. This result was 100% the effort of DeNeen and State Farm. Thank you.

Deneen has helped me for the last 20 years plus..its great knowing through lifes journeys the same person has been there and knows my situations like shes family. She's always helpful and gets you the best deals possible. Cant say enough about her and State Farm.

So I’ve been with this branch for over 10 years, but this office doesn’t seem to know how to cancel policies when you get rid of a vehicle. I have gotten rid of 2 vehicles since being with them, and they continued to charge me for those vehicles months after they’ve been gone. This happened to me back in December and again in July. The team blames it on underwriting, but regardless of whose fault it is I should not be charged for vehicles I don’t have. Communication is also poor, I told Kevin I wanted to unenroll from auto pay, and he never unenrolled me, I also sent an email with proof that I got a new auto insurance from a competitor so I could be done with State Farm and they didn’t acknowledge it and only wanted to cancel my renters rather than my auto. I do not recommend this team. It’ll be a miracle if I can get a refund after being charged for a vehicle I no longer have. Take your money elsewhere.
